This is another family favorite. It is an easy to make appetizer.
Makes 12 servings- prep time 20 minutes- bake time
- 1 can 6 oz. white crab meat drained or use fresh, cooked from meat dept.
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. thin sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 12 wonton wrappers (found in produce dept.)
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Mix crab, cream cheese, onion, & mayo
- Spray mini muffin with oil
- Form wontons into cups- 4 points up
- Prebake these 'til the tips brown slightly for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. (Watch carefully so they do not burn.)
- Scoop filling into cups and bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly hot.
- Serve
Additional notes: I have used artichoke dip and shrimp dip in place of the crab.
