
Makes about 8 pancakes
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Butter of Margarine, melted
- Oil for frying
- Combine in a large bowl:
- flour
- sugar
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt
- Combine in a medium bowl:
- eggs
- yogurt
- water
- melted butter
- Pour liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until moistened.
- Preheat griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Add about a teaspoon of oil to the pan each time you fry a batch. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake; spread batter out to make 5-inch circles. Cook until tops of pancakes are bubbly and appear dry; turn and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
