Once the salad is composed, you have about an hour before the salad begins to wilt. Thus, if you are bringing this to a party, keep the vegetables, noodles, and dressing separate until ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 head Napa Cabbage
- 3 Green Onions
- 8 oz. Slivered Almonds
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 package Chicken Ramen
- Break up the noodles
- Place noodles, almonds and seeds on a cookie sheet or pie pan
- Bake at 350° until light golden brown
- Chop cabbage
- Slice green onions at a bias
DRESSING: - ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar (white balsamic if available)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 Chicken Ramen flavor packet
