Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 lbs each seedless red and seedless green grapes washed and thoroughly dried
- 5-6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whole pecans
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.
- Add grapes and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.
Note: Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator but will become a little watery which can be fixed by draining and adding a bit more sour cream and/or cream cheese.
