Made this to go with the Pulled-Pork and Navy Bean Soup. It twas a an incredible pairing. Based on a recipe I found in Great American Home Baking Book 1, I neglected to follow my fundemental rule of following the recipe completely the first time through, then augment as needed. Nevertheless, since I was using a bread machine, I felt it necessary to make a few adjustments.
